This lack of understanding of the female athlete can lead girls and young women to drop out of sports at a young age because they either don’t feel confident, get injured or don’t know how to move their bodies in a way that works for their anatomy and physiology.
By not providing our female athletes with this information, we do them a disservice and continue to perpetuate outdated narratives.

I created She Moves because I was sick and tired of seeing female athletes struggle because of misinformation about their own bodies. As an industry there has been a lack of access to information that really matters, that can prevent injury and enhance performance and help girls and women feel confident and strong in their own bodies.
I created She Moves so that girls, coaches, teams and organizations could have access to state-of-the-art information and knowledge that professional athletes have been using for years, which will also benefit youth sports and female athletes.
She Moves is designed to be integrated into any sport, team or organization and is strategically designed to support female athletes and help coaches learn along the way.
Here's the Details...
Each team member has access to the online course that includes 20 modules and explains foundational movements based on female anatomy and sports performance.
Team members can work through each 5-8 minute module, practice and integrate the movements on their own.
Athletes can completely customize and self-select their supporting movements and skill development to meet their specific goals or address areas of weakness.
Coaches can integrate neuromuscular warm-ups into the programming to help athletes prime the body for movement.
Coaches will be able to cue athletes to enhance their performance based on the foundational movements they have learned
Coaches will be able to lead their team with knowledge, skills and integrity and support their female athletes with the information that they need that has not previously been available to the public.
